- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the exact same beat and license more than once within a short period (e.g., 24 hours), we may refund the duplicate purchase upon verification.
- Clear Error on Our Part: If there was a clear billing error or an incorrect product was delivered due to an identifiable mistake on our part.
